Tapco Valley

roofing valley

The Tapco Valley System is a high-performance dry valley solution designed to provide reliable drainage and long-lasting protection for slate roofing. Suitable for use with both TapcoSlate and DaVinci Select Shake, this innovative system effectively channels rainwater away from the roof, helping to prevent water build-up and flooding, even during the most severe weather conditions. Featuring enhanced water channels, the Tapco Valley system allows water to flow freely over the surface and safely off the roof. Its flexible and versatile design complements traditional roofing methods while offering a faster, more efficient installation process. Suitable for both natural and man-made tiles up to 10mm thick, the system is installed directly over roof battens or OSB/Ply, reducing installation time and labour costs. It can also be used for dormer valleys, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of roofing applications:

  • Dry-fix valley system designed for slate roofing.
  • Helps extend the lifespan of the roof by keeping battens dry.
  • Anti-theft design with no scrap value.
  • No lead required for installation.
  • Low-maintenance solution.
  • Quick and easy to install.
  • No unsightly streaking or staining of roof tiles associated with traditional lead valley products.
  • Compatible with the Tapco Valley Cap for a neat, professional finish.
  • Valley Cap conceals cut edges and provides a consistently perfect appearance.
  • Suitable for use with tiles up to 10mm thick.
  • Durable and reliable long-term roof protection.

The Tapco Valley Cap is a unique cover system designed to further enhance the performance of the Tapco Valley system by increasing water flow, helping to prevent slate slippage, and creating a clean, professional finish. Seamlessly overlapping previously installed cover fixings, the Valley Cap conceals cut edges and fixings to ensure every roof valley installation looks neat, uniform, and visually flawless.
