Who may request a training session?

Any contractor, roofer, architect or building industry professional with questions on Tapco Roofing products may request a session.

How long is the training session?

Your session will be between 30 and 60 minutes long.

Why is Tapco Roofing Products offering these sessions?

Quite simply, we want to assure successful installations of our products on residential and commercial projects. This is a win-win for everyone. It’s important to you, and to us, that projects with our products on them look their best… and we’re here to help you achieve that goal.

Which Tapco Roofing Products representitive will be leading my session?

Your Local Area Manager (ASM) with Tapco Roofing Products will lead your session, it is wholly dependant on where you reside. All of our ASMs are industry-qualified professionals and will be able to help you though your installation, no matter how large or small:

  • Jeff Farrell: National Sales Manager
  • Sarah Kelleher: Area Sales Manager for the Midlands, South West UK & Wales
  • Paul Higgins: Area Sales Manager for the South East of the UK
  • Stephen McPhillips: Area Sales Manager for Northern UK & Scotland

What will I need for my session?

  • Access to Microsoft Teams (if you have a 365 account) or ZOHO via a mobile device, laptop or personal computer.
  • If you have plans or a report related to a specific project you’d like to discuss, we’ll ask you to send a copy (preferably in .PDF format) in advance to your ASM so they can review it.
  • If you wish to discuss a specific project, and have already ordered your product(s), it would be helpful to have your order information to share before the call. Photography of the job site and/or specific concern areas of the installation may also be requested.

When can I schedule a session?

  • Fill out and send in the form above to request a session. We’ll get back to you within two business days (or sooner) to set up the session.
  • We understand your needs are timely. Our goal is to set up your session as quickly as possible.
